摘要
以水果黄瓜、玉簪组培幼苗为试材,研究了不同浓度的2种有机肥对其生长的影响。结果表明,以9.0‰配方1、10.0‰配方2处理水果黄瓜的产量较高,其单株产量比对照组分别增加1kg、0.5kg;以9.0‰配方1处理玉簪"火神""、热浪"2个品种的长势较好,"火神"的株高、叶片数比对照组增加1.7cm、4.5片,"热浪"的株高、叶片数比对照组增加0.8cm、3.4片;以10.0‰配方2处理的玉簪"火神"的株高、叶片数比对照组增加2.6cm、3.8片,以8.0‰配方2处理的玉簪"热浪"的株高、叶片数比对照组增加1.1cm、2.1片。试验结果为应用2种有机肥促进水果黄瓜、玉簪的生长提供了技术数据。
The effects of two organic fertilizer on the growth of Cucumis sativus Linn. and Hosta plantaginea Aschers.were researched in this experiment,in which the tissue culture seedlings were used as test materials. The results shew that Cucumis sativus Linn. grow well compared to the control when two organic fertilizer were used as fertilizer,its optimum concentration gradient is different,the yield per plant of Sample I(applied formulations one,9.0‰)and Sample II(applied formulations two,10.0‰)increased 1 kg and 0.5 kg respectively. The growth of Hosta plantaginea Aschers. applied Sample I(9.0‰)was well,the height and vane number of variety Vulcan were 1.7 cm and 4.5 pieces higher than that of control,as well as the height and vane number of variety Heatwave were 0.8 cm and 3.4 pieces higher than that of control. The height and vane number of variety Vulcan applied Sample II(10.0‰)were 2.6 cm and 3.8 pieces higher than that of control. The height and vane number of variety Heatwave applied Sample II(8.0‰)were 1.1 cm and 2.1 pieces higher than that of control. The above results provided technical data for the growth of Cucumis sativus Linn. and Hosta plantaginea Aschers. promoted with two organic fertilizer.
