摘要
介绍一种桥式全滚动滚柱活齿减速器 ,分析其结构特征 ,传动原理和齿形综合 ,并提出齿形线切割加工工艺方法 ,举出了应用实例。
A speed reducer with bridge-type structure driven by completely rolling roller oscillating tooth is introduced.The characteristics of structure,driving principle and generalization of its tooth shape are analyzed. Also,the approach to manufacture the tooth shape by wire-cut operation is presented and practical example is given.
