摘要
文章对某型500t大件运输车承载桥式结构进行了有限元分析,得到在不同载荷质量下主要承载结构的受力情况,通过对车辆施加模拟货物载荷的强度试验,测量了在不同载荷质量下主要承载结构的变形及应力情况,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性;综合有限元分析和静强度试验结果,对主要承载结构的薄弱位置进行了优化设计,以提高结构的可靠性。
The finite element analysis of the load-bearing structure of a big carrier of 500 t is introduced, the simulation results of the stress of key structure under different loading conditions are obtained. In the strength test, different levels of load are applied to the carrier. The corresponding stress and strain situation of the key structure under different loading conditions is determined. The correctness of the results of the finite element analysis is validated. The design of the weak parts of the key load-bearing structure is optimized based on the finite element analysis and test results so as to improve the reliability of the structure.
