摘要
报道加工方法对龙胆生药中龙胆苦甙的影响。结果表明 :影响龙胆苦甙含量的主要因素是酶解 ,因此 ,龙胆生药加工应在采集洗净后 ,用暴晒或烘烤的方法尽快干燥 ,以避免酶解的破坏。龙胆药材加工饮片 ,浸洗时溶出和酶解均是主要因素 ,因此 ,最好是直接切段 ,不宜再浸洗。研究结果为制定合理。
This paper reports the effect of processing methods on the quantity of gentiopicroside of Radix Gentianae. The result indicates the enzymolysis is the main factor,to produce the chauge in order to avoid destruction of gentiopicroside by enzymohysis during the processing, the fresh material should be dried fast by insolation or baking, and the solubility and enzymolysis are the main factor when the material is made into slices, so the proper processing method is to cut the material into slices but not to soak it. The experimental result offers scientific evidence for proper processing method of Radix Gentianae.
