摘要
提出了以牛血为原料分离纯化SOD的方法 ,分离产率约为 6 0 % ,提纯倍数达 90 0倍 .与经典的J.M .McCord方法相比 ,该法不仅降低了制备成本、简化了工艺 。
Through the study on extracting SOD from cattle blood,the authors have posed the methods for the separation and purification of SOD.The results showed that yield rate is about 60%, and the multiplication of purification is as high as 900 times. Compared with the classical methods of J.M.McCord, this method not noly reduces the preparation cost and simplifies the technology, but also evidently increases the purity and the recovery of vitality.
