摘要
青年教师的培育是否有成效,将关系到高校发展是否有后劲,能否可持续发展。高校教师成长体现出阶段性成长周期,在教师成长的不同阶段,培育的投入与成果的产出是不同的。青年教师的培育机制主要有:业务扶持与生活关怀相结合的激励机制;业务考核与目标要求相统一的制约机制;纳才招贤与风险岗位相结合的竞争机制。
An effective education cultivating mechanism toward the young teachers will decide the latent force and continue developing of college. Through the research about growing law of teachers, We bring up the theory of life cycle which discovers the young teachers growing characteristic in the cycle, and more importantly advances the theory into three cultirating mechanism, they are the stimulating mechanism, the restricting mechanism and the competing mechanism.
