摘要
                
                    针对高校师资培养缺乏系统性和连贯性的现状,可以从生命周期理论出发,揭示高校教师的职业发展路径,从而在实践层面能够给予高等教育政策制定者和执行者一些有益的启发。高校可以对处于助教阶段的教师加强相关专业领域教师职业发展规划辅导;对处于讲师阶段的教师展开心理辅导;鼓励退休教师继续在培养研究生、指导中青年教师的教学科研等方面发挥作用。
                
                In view of the current situation where the teacher training in colleges and universities are not systematic and consistent, this paper, from the perspective of human life cycle, seeks to reveal the path of college teachers'career development, which will in practice give the policy makers and implementers some useful inspirations. The school may give assistants guidance in their career development in the related specialties, offer lecturers psychological counseling and encourage retired teachers to contribute to the production of postgraduates and help young and middle-aged teachers with their teaching and research.
