摘要
对光叶山矾(Symplocos lancifolia Sieb et Zucc.)叶片分析表明,其成分与茶(Camellia sinensis O.Ktze)相近似。具有良好的色、香、味,是一种有开发价值的野生木本饮料植物。
A wild-growing woody plant in Chongqing-smoothleaf sweetl-ear(Symplocoes lancifolia)has been found to be apotential beverageplant.Analysis of the dried leaves showed that it is similar to tea(Ca-mellia sinensis.Ktze)in leaf composition.Sensory evaluation indicat-ed that its leaves possess preferable colour,aroma and taste.
