教育公平是教育的一种基本价值观念与准则。现代意义上教育公平的具体内容和规则主要是 :受教育权利的保证 ,亦即保证原则 ;机会平等 ,亦即事前的原则 ;按照能力或才能进行分配 ,亦即事后的原则 ;
Education equality is a basic idea and value orientation about education.In modern sense,the contents and rules of education include four principle as follows:①guarantee principle-the right to receive education;②advance principle -equality of educational opportunity;③subsequence principle-education by talent;④compensation principle.
