摘要
本文对科研组织中导入团队运作模式进行研究 ,探讨了组建科研团队的前提条件及其运作模式 ,着重分析了组建科研团队的关键问题和科研团队动态协调的管理方法 。
This paper studies the team working in the science research organization. This issue analyzes the previously conditions and operation model of scientific research team and argues the critical factors on building scientific research team and the management of dynamic harmonizing. The purpose of this paper is to exploring the new management model of scientific research organization.
