摘要
心力衰竭是临床上常见的危重症。邓铁涛教授认为本病以心为本,他脏为标;心阳亏虚为本,瘀血水停为标,并针对此病机采用阴阳分治,温补阳气,病证结合,灵活变通的方法来辨证论治,取得了良好的疗效。
Cardiac failure is a commonly - seen critical disease which is attributive to the category of 'Xin Shuai' in TCM. Prof. Deng considered that the heart is involved primarily and other viscera secondarily in the disease with deficiency of heart -yang as the primary aspect and blood - stasis and fluid retention as the secondary aspect. Aiming at its pathogenesis, the principles of dealing with yin and yang individually, warming and invigorating yang - qi and combining disease with syndrome should be adopted. Satistactory result is obtained by treatment according to syndrome differentiation.
