阿司匹林应用于临床已有100余年的历史，近年来其抗血小板聚集作用备受关注。我们概述了阿司匹林的作用机制以及其在心血管疾病中的临床应用，对更好地使用阿司匹林有一定的指导意义。
The aspirin applies in clinical had 100 remaining years of life histories, in recent years its anti--blood platelet aggregation received the attention. We have outlined the aspirin function mechanism as well as it in the cardiovascular disease＇s clinical practice, for uses the aspirin to have certain guiding sense well.
