论述高校图书馆在基本实现信息资源网络化后出现的一些管理问题和产生的社会困惑,分析这些困惑和问题的产生原因,提出解决这些问题和消除困惑的方法与对策。
Discusses some management problems and social perplexities arising from the near completion of the networking of information resources, analyzes the causes for the emergence of perplexities and problems, and comes up with some basic methods and countermeasures to solve the problems and clear up the perplexities.
