摘要
分析了文献信息服务工作中文化冲突诱发的矛盾之因,提出了在文献信息服务工作中克服文化冲突诱发矛盾的方法与对策。
This paper analyzes on the contradictions caused by the cultural conflicts in the literature information service, and advances some countermeasures for overcoming the contradictions caused by the cultural conflict in the literature information service.
