摘要
通过金属表面低温镀铁层中存在微裂纹现象的观察与分析,作者认为,微裂纹系由氢气的析出与电沉积过程中形成的内应力两种因素所致。以氢气析出造成的微裂纹为主。电镀工艺参数中温度对微裂纹的多少影响极大。经X射线分析发现,纯铁镀层的衍射峰有异常现象——(211)峰值远远强于(110)的峰值,说明存在有(211)组织结构。
By observating and Analysing the microcracks existing in the low temperature ironplating layer, the authors considered that the forming of microcracks was related to hydrogen and internal stress formed during electroplating. And the latter was the main factor. X-ray analysis showed that the iron deposit existed(21l) texture.
