摘要
目的 确定被动吸烟对小鼠的遗传毒性效应。方法 应用实验动物模型 ,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验。结果 被动吸烟组小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形率高于阴性对照组 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,被动吸烟组的精子畸形率与染毒剂量成良好的量效关系 (r=0 .995 0 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 提示被动吸烟可在小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验中 。
Objective To explore the genotoxicity of passive smoking in Wistar mice. Methods Micronuclear test in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of bone marrow and sperm abnormality test in Wistar mice were performed. Results The sperm abnormality rate and the micronuclear rate in passive smoking groups were significantly higher than those in negative controls ( P < 0.05 ).Sperm abnormality test showed dose response relationship between the sperm abnormality rate in passive smoking group and dosage ( r= 0.9950 ,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Passive smoking not only affects body cells, but also hurts sperms, reproductive cells. Therefore, passive smoking has strong mutagenesis.
