摘要
研究了2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯对小鼠的急性经口的毒性以及其对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影响.2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯小鼠经口的LD50为1995mg kg;在分别给予小鼠1 2LC50、1 4LC50剂量的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯的染毒组与阴性对照组比较,差异呈显著性.
Studied the acute toxicity effect of 2,4tolylene diisocyanate on mice by mouth and the influence of micronucleus frequency of mice bone marrow. Results: The results showed that the LD50 of 2,4tolylene diisocyanate on mice by mouth was 1995mg/kg; at the dosage of 1/2 LC50 ?1/4 LC50 , the different between the group of TDI and the group of negative control was distinct.
