摘要
对国内双环管反应器聚丙烯装置的BOPP产品物性指标进行分析,针对BOPP加工厂家的要求和装置的特点,设计出BOPP-D1产品牌号,确定了BOPP-D1产品的物性参数和生产工艺操作条件,并进行了试生产和产品的加工应用试验。
physical property indexes of BOPP products from domestic bi-tubular reactors polypropylene units are analyzed,regarding to requirements and characteristics of BOPP products treatment customers,BOPP-D1type of product has been developed.The physical property references and production process operation conditions has also been determined and trial-run as well as treatment application test has already been carried out.
