摘要
对DQ-5催化剂在生产BOPP时的应用情况进行了分析总结,结果表明,DQ-5催化剂在生产BOPP时,聚合过程运行稳定,产品质量达标。同时,与DQ-3催化剂比较,DQ-5催化剂活性明显高,达到了4.6万倍,其氢调性方面也有明显的优势,解决了氢气加入阀门操作难的问题。但是,等规度分布不同于DQ-3,低等规度物质偏多,导致H801由于丝带料而经常高报,有待今后解决。
Application of catalyst DQ -5 in production of bioxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP) was analyzed and summed up. The results show that the polymerization process is stable and the quality of products meets the requirement of product index. In addition, compared with catalyst DQ - 3, DQ - 5 has higher catalytic activity and better hydrogen adjustment which can solve the problem of hydrogen controlling - valve operation difficult. But the exsit of more lower isotacticity PP is a problem, which makes H801 alarm frequently, should be solved in the future.
