摘要
随着心脏外科技术的进步和手术器械的不断发展,微创技术慢慢应用于心脏外科手术过程中。微创心脏外科包括以下几种手术方式:小切口心脏手术、胸腔镜心脏手术以及机器人辅助的心脏手术等。其中胸腔镜心脏手术作为心脏外科的一个重要内容,与传统术式相比较,具有其自身特有的优越性,包括创伤小、胸腔闭式引流量少、术中出血少、术后并发症少、切口不易感染、住院天数少、切口较美观等优点。胸腔镜心脏手术势必会成为中国微创心脏外科发展的主流方向。
In recent years,with the development of operation instruments and surgical technique,minimally invasive technology has been gradually applied to cardiac surgical operation process.Minimally invasive cardiac surgery( MICS) includes small incision cardiac operation,thoracoscopic cardiac operation and robot assisted heart operation.Thoracoscopic surgery is an important branch of minimally invasive cardiac surgery for thoracoscopic cardiac surgery has unique superiority than the traditional operation,such as less trauma,less closed thoracic drainage quantity, less bleeding, smaller wound infection, fewer complications, shorter hospitalization time,catering to the beauty and so on.Therefore it will be one main direction of minimally invasive cardiac surgery.
