风热感冒颗粒中连翘、牛蒡子薄层色谱鉴别方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对风热感冒颗粒中连翘、牛蒡子薄层色谱鉴别方法进行研究。方法用不同制备方法、不同展开剂、不同硅胶G板等,对本制剂中连翘、牛蒡子进行薄层色谱鉴别试验研究。结果选用硅胶G板(规格100×200)或高效硅胶G板,展开剂为三氯甲烷-甲醇(8∶2),在温度20℃、湿度60%条件下展开,能够将连翘苷与牛蒡苷两种成分有效分离。结论本方法操作简单,专属性强,重现性好,可做为风热感冒颗粒质量控制方法之一。 Objective: To establish a thin-layer chromatography identification method of forsythia and burdock in Fen Re Gan Mao Ke Li. Methods: Different preparation methods, different developing solvent, different silica gel G plates, etc. were used to carry out thin-layer chromatography identification test on forsythia and burdock in Fen Re Gan Mao Ke Li. Results: The forsythia and burdock can be effectively separated under the condition of the G plate is silica gel (specification 100 ×200) or high-efficiency silica gel, the developing solvent is chloroform-methanol (8:2), the temperature is 20° C and the humidity is 60%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong specificity and good reproducibility, and can be used as one of the quality control methods for the Fen Re Gan Mao Ke Li.
