摘要
目的:建立针眼外敷中药包(决明子、密蒙花、金银花、栀子、赤芍)的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对针眼外敷中药包中决明子、金银花、栀子、赤芍进行定性鉴别,同时采用高效液相色谱法测定蒙花苷、栀子苷及芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别分离度良好,专属性强,阴性样品无干扰;蒙花苷对照品在0.04~0.50μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均值为102.1%(RSD=0.80%);栀子苷对照品在0.10~1.25μg(r=0.9995)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均值为99.6%(RSD=1.74%);芍药苷对照品在0.10~1.25μg(r=0.9990)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率均值为99.6%(RSD=1.40%)。结论:该方法专属性强,准确可靠,操作简易,可用于针眼外敷中药包的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Zhengyanwaifu herb package.Methods:Cassiae Semen,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Gardenia jasminoides,and Paeoniae Radix Rubra.in this preparation were identified by TLC.The content of buddleoside,geniposide,and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC.Results:The identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific,and the negative sample didn’t interfere the identification of TLC.The buddleoside,geniposide,and paeoniflorinhad a good linearity in the range of 0.04~0.50μg(r=0.9999),0.10~1.25μg(r=0.9995)and 0.10~1.25μg(r=0.9990)respectively.The average recovery of buddleoside,geniposide,and paeoniflorin was 102.1%,99.6%,and 99.6%,The RSD(n=6)were 0.80%,1.74%,and 1.40%,respectively.Conclusion:This method with strong specificity is simple,accurate,and reproducible,and it could provide a reference for the quality standard of Zhengyanwaifu herb package.
