摘要 miRNAs是在转录后水平调节基因表达的小的非编码RNA。miRNAs复杂的产生过程被证实是一个很好的调控机制,可有效地控制基因表达。大量证据强调,在细胞和组织中发现的一些miRNAs也存在于细胞外生物液体中,这些细胞外miRNAs的表达水平与疾病的发生和发展密切相关。这些发现表明细胞外miRNAs可作为不同疾病的非侵入性生物标志物,在疾病发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗中发挥重要作用。国内外已有大量文献对miRNAs与各类疾病的相关性进行研究,也有相关文章对miRNAs在成人疾病的研究进展进行综述,但miRNAs在儿科疾病中的研究进展尚未发现有作者发表,因此本文综述了近年来miRNAs在儿科疾病中的研究进展。 miRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. A large body of evidence emphasizes that some of the miRNAs found in cells and tissues are also present in extracellular biological fluids. The expression levels of these extracellular miRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease. These findings suggest that extracellular miRNAs can serve as non-invasive biomarkers for different diseases and play an important role in disease pathogenesis, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. A large number of literatures at home and abroad have studied the correlation between miRNAs and various diseases, and related articles have reviewed the research progress of miRNAs in adult diseases. However, the research progress of miRNAs in pediatric diseases has not been published by authors. In recent years, research progress in miRNAs in pediatric diseases.
