摘要
酶是生物化学教学的重点之一。激酶、磷酸酶与磷酸化酶是几个涉及磷酸基团转移的酶类,学生比较容易混淆。本文以物质代谢过程中的几个酶为例,分别介绍激酶、磷酸酶与磷酸化酶等的酶学分类归属及催化作用特点。
Enzyme is one of the key topics in biochemistry teaching. Kinases, phosphatases and phosphorylases are enzymes involved in the transfer of phosphate groups, by which students are more likely to be confused. In this paper, the enzymatic classification and catalytic characteristics of kinases, phosphatases and phosphatases are introduced, taking several enzymes in the metabolic process as examples.
