摘要
简述了Ti-Al_3Ti层状复合板的性能特点及应用前景,在总结Ti-Al体系界面反应研究的基础上,概述了几种Ti-Al及Ti-Al_3Ti层状复合板的制备方法,重点阐述了Ti-Al_3Ti层状复合板的爆炸焊接技术及其研究进展,分析了Al_3Ti的形核和生长机制,并对Ti-Al_3Ti层状复合板的发展动向进行了展望。
The feature and application of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite are introduced. Based on the investigation of interfacial reaction of Ti-Al system,several preparation technologies for Ti-Al and Ti-Al3Ti laminate composites are summarized. The preparation technology of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite with explosive welding is emphasized. The mechanism of nucleation and growth of phase Al3Ti is analyzed. The development trend of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite is prospected.
