摘要
本文对基管与复管的外包爆炸焊接进行了实验研究,观察了爆炸焊接界面的组织和波形,分析了用水作为铜管爆炸焊接的柔性芯模在减小基管爆炸缩径上的作用.实验结果表明,采用圆管外包焊接、内部注水的工艺是可行的,工艺参数及药量的选择是正确的,在装药质量比R=0.8的条件下,已将2.0mm厚的复管可靠地外焊在基管上,结合界面是波状结合,管径变形量可控制在5%左右.
This paper presents an experimental study on the inward explosion welding of the clad tube onto the base tube. The structure and the waveform of the interface are examined. Water is used as the flexible inner mold and its effect on the reduction of explosive radial contraction is analyzed. Experimental results show that the technology of inward explosion welding of circular tubes with water used as the inner mold is feasible ,and the parameters and determination of detonator amount are correct. The clad tube whose wall is 2.00 mm thick can be welded reliably with the base tube on condition that the explosive charge mass ratio is 0.8. The interface appears to be wavelike,and the radial contraction of the composite tube can be controlled around 5%.
