摘要
2018年发表的《慢性酒精中毒性脑病诊治中国专家共识》(以下简称共识)结合我国国情,在广泛征求临床专家意见的基础上,对慢性酒精中毒性脑病的定义和现状、临床表现和特点、影像学和病理学表现进行总结,推荐临床筛查和评价量表,制定治疗方案。本文基于该病临床诊断与治疗中遇到的问题,对共识中的部分内容进行解读,并对一些存有争议而未纳入共识的知识点进行补充和讨论。
"Diagnoses and treatments of chronic alcoholic toxic cerebral encephalopathy: an expertconsensus" published in 2018 summarized the definition and current status, clinical manifestations andfeatures, neuroimaging and pathological features of chronic alcoholic toxic cerebral encephalopathy,recommended clinical screening and assessing scales and developed treatment protocols based on nationalconditions and a lot of experts’ opinions. This paper explained partial contents of the consensus based onproblems in clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and added and discussed some controversialpoints not included in the consensus.
