摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液辅助治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年3月我院收治的多器官功能障碍综合征患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组采用呼吸机/血液透析、肾脏替代治疗等综合治疗,观察组在此基础上联合血必净注射液治疗。比较两组患者的血清炎性因子水平及器官功能改善效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清炎性因子水平均有所降低,且观察组的炎性因子水平低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组的APACHEⅡ、 SOFA评分均有所降低,且观察组的APACHEⅡ、 SOFA评分低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论采用血必净注射液辅助治疗多器官功能障碍综合征患者,可有效降低其血清炎性因子水平,较好地维护脏器功能,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection in the adjuvant treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Methods 70 cases of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to March2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ventilator/hemodialysis,renal replacement therapy and so on,while the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection on this basis.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and the improvenment effect of organ function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors of the two groups decreased,and levels of serum inflammatory factors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores of the two groups decreased,and the APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Xuebijing injection in the adjuvant treatment of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and maintain the organ function,which has significant clinical value.
