摘要
高校开展转专业工作,可以弥补高考背景下填报志愿政策在人才专业匹配上的不足。对南京中医药大学的转专业学生进行访谈,结果表明大学生转专业的主要原因为兴趣、职业规划、家长意愿等,转专业的学生在转专业过程及之后的专业学习中,体现了很好的自主性,专业适应性良好,制度自由与学生自主发展之间存在着依存与转化的关系。
University students are permitted to transfer between different majors after enrollment,which can make up for the insufficiency in university recruitment policy.Interviews with the majortransferring students in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine show that the main reasons for transferring majors include interest,career projecting and parents’ will.Major-transferring students well manifest their autonomy in and after transferring their majors and they are well adapted to their new majors.There is a mutually dependent and interactional relationship between freedom in major selection and students’ autonomous development.
