摘要
在国内,高校转专业工作颇受业界以及社会关注,这主要是因为高校教育管理工作中转专业工作的重要性不言而喻,它直接关乎高校教育管理工作水平优劣。当前,为满足高校人才管理体系中长期人才培养与发展规划要求,国家教育部方面针对学生学习管理制度的调整力度也相对较大。特别是新形势下高校转专业工作量与规模逐渐增加扩大,所以实际上高校在转专业工作中是面临诸多现实问题与挑战的,它需要广大高校管理工作者必须深入到转专业工作机制中转变思路,寻求发展改革,有效应对工作问题。该文首先探讨了国内高校转专业工作的开展背景,指出转专业工作中所存在的某些现实问题,并对未来我国高校转专业工作的开展建议进行思考。
In China,major transfer in colleges and universities has attracted much attention from the industry and society,mainly because the importance of major transfer in college education management is self-evident,which is directly related to the quality of college education management.At present,in order to meet the requirements of medium and long-term talent training and development planning in the talent management system of colleges and universities,the Ministry of Education has made relatively great efforts to adjust the student learning management system.Especially under the new situation,the workload and scale of major transfer in colleges and universities are gradually increasing and expanding.So in fact,colleges and universities are facing many practical problems and challenges in the work of major transfer.It requires the majority of college managers to go deep into the working mechanism of major transfer,change their ideas,seek development and reform,and effectively deal with work problems.Firstly,this paper discusses the development background of major transfer in domestic colleges and universities,points out some practical problems in major transfer,and thinks about the development suggestions of major transfer in colleges and universities in China in the future.
