摘要
本文围绕我国中小型公共图书馆法人治理,对法人治理结构的概念和内容进行了分析,并重点围绕中小型公共图书馆实施法人治理结构建设的重要方面进行了论述。对于提高中小型图书馆管理质量和管理效率,提高中小型图书馆公共文化设施服务质量具有重要作用。
This paper analyzes the concept and content of legal person governance structure in small and medium-sized public libraries in China,and discusses the important aspects of implementing legal person governance structure construction around medium and small public libraries. It plays an important role in improving the management quality and efficiency of small and medium-sized libraries and improving the service quality of public cultural facilities in small and medium-sized libraries.
