摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央为我国高等教育谋篇布局,绘制出"双一流"建设蓝图。随着建设高校及建设学科名单的公布,我国"双一流"建设正式转入推进实施阶段,各建设高校聚焦点也转向以建设为重。由于评价对建设的导向作用,"双一流"建设的评价问题成为大学关注热点。本文提出具有中国特色的世界一流大学建设评价体系"一个目标""两个策略""三个视角""四个结合""五个维度"的评价内涵,构建了创新理念的建设成效指数,引导各建设高校静下心来搞建设,聚焦培养一流人才、产出一流成果、促进社会发展、引领文化方向、参与全球治理五个方面重点发力,为实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族的伟大复兴作出卓越贡献。
This paper proposes the evaluation connotation of"one goal","two strategies","three perspectives","four combinations"and"five dimensions"of the world-class university construction evaluation system with Chinese characteristics,and builds the construction of innovative ideas.The effectiveness index guides all the construction colleges to calm down and build themselves,focusing on cultivating first-class talents,producing first-class achievements,promoting social development,leading cultural direction,and participating in global governance,mainly for the realization of the"two"one hundred goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
