摘要
目的:建立同时测定广金钱草中夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷和异牡荆素3种黄酮类成分的含量。方法:色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-2.5mmol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为340 nm;流速为1 mL·mim^(-1)。结果:3种活性成分均在0.010～0.400μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9997);平均加样回收率为101%～102%,RSD<3.0%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,为广金钱草质量控制与鉴定提供了参考。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneously determining vschaftoside, vschaftoside isoschaftoside and isovitexin in Desmodium styracifolium by HPLC. Methods: The analysis was performed on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phases consisted of methanol and 2.5 mmol·L^-1 Ammonium acetate-methanol with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 340 nm. Results: Good linear relationships(r≥0.9997) were found for the three main constitutes in the range of 0.010~0.400 μg·mL^-1. The average recoveries were 101 %~102 % and RSD<3.0 %(n=6).Conclusion: The established method is effective and reproducible and provides a reference for the quality control and Identification of Desmodium styracifolium.
