摘要
目的:验证患者对医生的信任受到患者一般人际信任的影响,并分析患者一般人际信任的影响因素。方法:运用患者基本情况调查表、一般人际信任量表(ITS)和维克森林医师信任量表(WFPTS)对5714名患者进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:患者人际信任量表的得分为71. 17±6. 910,受到性别、年龄、宗教信仰和对生活满意度的影响显著,且患者一般人际信任水平对维克森林医师信任量表中的仁爱和技术能力维度均有显著影响。结论:提升患者的一般人际信任水平可以改善患者对医生的信任,患者的一般人际信任情况属于中等水平,可以通过提升经济发展水平和患者的生活满意度来提升患者的一般人际信任水平。
Objective To verify that patients’ trust on doctors is influenced by their general interpersonal trust,and analyze its influencing factors. Method 5714 cases of patients were surveyed with questionnaire of basic condition,general interpersonal trust( ITS) and Wake Forest Physician’s Trust Scale( WFPTS). Data was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results The score of patients’ interpersonal trust scale was 71. 17 ± 6. 910,which was significantly influenced by gender,age,religious belief and life satisfaction. And the level of interpersonal trust had significant influence on dimensions of benevolence and technical ability in WFPTS. Conclusion The patients’ trust on doctors can be improved by perfecting their general interpersonal trust. The patients’ general interpersonal trust is moderate,which can be promoted by improving economic development and patients’ life satisfaction.
