摘要
为了解癌症患者住院期间对医患沟通的体验和需求,2019年7月~10月,采用目的抽样法选取十堰市某三甲医院的15名癌症患者进行半结构化个人深入访谈,根据质性研究现象学方法并使用Colaizzi七步资料分析法进行资料分析并凝练主题。结果显示,癌症患者对住院期间医患沟通的需求分别为:获得医护尊重、专业信息支持、医患互动参与、医患相互信任。结论为建议基于癌症患者对医患沟通的需求,构建双向互动型医患沟通模式,协助医护人员增加与患者沟通的有效性,进一步提高患者就医体验和生存质量。
To understand the experience and needs of doctor-patient communication during hospitalization of cancer patients,15 cancer patients from a Grade A hospital in Shiyan were selected by objective sampling method to conduct semistructured personal in-depth interviews from July to October 2019.The results showed that the needs of doctor-patient communication during hospitalization were as follows:respect patients’right to know,professional information support,doctor-patient interaction participation and mutual trust between doctors and patients.In conclusion,it is suggested to construct a two-way interactive doctor-patient communication model to assist medical staffs to increase the effectiveness of communication with patients,and to further improve the patients’medical experience and quality of life.
