摘要
矩形螺纹车削加工一直以来就是一个难点,本文从普车与数车两方面介绍了矩形螺纹的车削方法与注意事项。着重讲述了数控车削加工矩形螺纹的方法,通过层优先加工和牙深优先加工两种思路,以变量参数化、宏程序为基础,编写了矩形螺纹加工通用宏程序。对于不同矩形螺纹的车削,只需改变程序中的变量参数即可,提高了编程效率。在实际加工中,降低了切削抗力,合理控制了切削余量,保证了矩形螺纹的加工质量。
The processing for rectangular thread based on lathe has always been a difficulty.This paper introduces the turning method and cautions of the rectangle thread from the two aspects of ordinary lathe and numerical control lathe.Especially introduce a method for machining rectangular thread in a numerical control lathe.Through layer priority processing and tooth depth priority processing two thoughts,with parameterization of variables,macroinstruction as the foundation,write a general macroinstructiou programfor machining rectangle thread.For different rectangle thread cutting,only need to change the variable parameters of the program,improved programming efficiency.In actual processing,the cutting resistance is reduced,the cutting allowance is reasonably controlled,ensure processing quality of rectangular thread.
