摘要
针对高精度阶梯轴类零件传统加工的工艺复杂、加工效率低的问题,提出一种利用刀具反装技术来改进该类零件机械加工工艺的方法,并对刀具反装技术的基本原理进行了详细的阐述。设计出了详细的车削加工工序,编制了刀具反装工步的数控加工程序,完成了该类阶梯轴零件的精加工,实现了其加工精度和形位公差要求,打破了传统车磨结合的加工方法,有效提高了加工效率,可供后续该类阶梯轴零件的加工借鉴。
In view of the complexity of the traditional processing technology of high precision steped shafts and the low processing efficiency,a method to improve the machining process of the parts by means of tool reverse loading technology is proposed,and the basic principle of tool reverse loading technology is expounded in detail.A high-precision CNC lathe is used to design a detailed turning process based on the principle of tool reverse loading technology,and to compily CNC machining program of tool reverse loading process.The fine finishing of the stepped shaft parts was completed with machining accuracy and in geometric tolerance standard as required.The proposed technology has broken through the traditional processing methods of turning and grinding combination,effectively improves the processing efficiency and provides reference for the subsequent processing of the kind of steped shaft parts.
