摘要
目的探讨连花清瘟胶囊联合注射用头孢呋辛钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2017年10月四川省人民医院友谊医院和西南医科大学附属医院收治的104例社区获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各52例。对照组静脉滴注注射用头孢呋辛钠,2 g/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服连花清瘟胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。所有患者均持续治疗10 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者临床症状消退时间、住院时间、白细胞(WBC)恢复正常时间和血清标志物水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为84.6%、94.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组咳嗽消退时间、发热消退时间、啰音消退时间、住院治疗时间和WBC恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组血清标志物水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连花清瘟胶囊联合注射用头孢呋辛钠治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切,可有效缓解临床症状、降低血清标志物水平,且不良反应少,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection in treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods Patients(104 cases) with community acquired pneumonia in Friendship Hospital of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from May 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 52 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection, 2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lianhua Qingwen Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and clinical symptoms subsided time, hospitalization time, WBC recovery time, and the serum markers levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.6% and 94.2%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the cough subsidence time, fever subsidence time, rale subsidence time, hospitalization time, and WBC recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, BNP, and PCT in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum markers in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Cefuroxime Sodium for injection has significant curative effect in treatment of community acquired pneumonia, can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce serum markers level, and has less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
