摘要
文章回顾了近年来国内急诊科护理带教模式和方法,总结了各种带教法的特点,为临床带教人员提供参考。
This paper reviewed the clinical teaching models and methods in emergency department in China,and summarized the characteristics of these teaching methods,so as to provide reference for clinical teaching staff.
