摘要
中国特色社会主义政治经济学核心理论的定位需要考虑以下两个基本原则:一方面,核心理论的定位需要立足于社会主义初级阶段,鲜明体现这一理论体系所产生时代背景的具体特征;另一方面,核心理论的定位同样需要从方法论意义上借鉴马克思在构建其经济学体系时所遵循的原则。以上述两个基本原则为依据,可以将社会主义市场经济理论确立为这一理论体系的核心。具体原因在于:首先,这一理论完整反映了现阶段我国在构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系时所处的具体时代特征——以市场经济为依托发展社会生产力;其次,我国对于社会主义与市场经济融合的可能性以及融合的具体方式的探索自完成社会主义三大改造时起就在持续进行;最后,在这一理论体系当中,生产资料所有制理论、宏观调控理论、经济发展理论以及收入分配理论等,都是围绕构建和完善社会主义市场经济理论而存在的。
The orientation of the core theory of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics needs to consider the following two basic principles:On the one hand,the positioning of core theory needs to be based on the primary stage of socialism,which clearly reflects the specific characteristics of the times background under which this theoretical system forms.On the other hand,the positioning of the core theory also needs to draw on the methodology from Marx's principles in constructing the economic system.Based on the above two basic principles,the theory of socialist market economy can be established as the core of this theoretical system.The specific reasons are as follows:First,this theory completely reflects the specific characteristics of the times in which China is constructing the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics--relying on the market economy to develop social productive forces.Second,China's exploration of the possibility of integration of socialism and market economy and the specific ways of integration have been ongoing since the completion of the three major socialist transformations.Finally,in this theoretical system,specific theories such as the theory of ownership of production materials,macro-control theory,economic development theory and income distribution theory all exist around the theory of building and perfecting socialist market economy.
