What Scale Forestland is Moderate for Farmer’s Need in Southern Forest Areas——Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

摘要在当前林地流转推进林地适度规模经营的国家政策激励下,尊重农户自身意愿并借助市场力量不断实现林地经营规模的逐渐集中,已成为决策部门顶层设计的基本共识。文章以江西省为样本调研区,从家庭林地收入这一微观视角实现家庭劳动禀赋和林地禀赋的最优化利用,利用二次函数拟合农户林地适度规模尺度为37.375hm^2,按目前户均2.137hm^2的林地经营面积计算,即使保持现有林地生产力水平不变的情况下,林地经营规模还需要提高近17倍。林地适度经营规模是一个动态的过程,还会受林地生产力提高影响而进一步变化,这一研究结论对于中国林地经营的宏观决策具有较强的参考意义。 In the current,under the national policies to promote forestland appropriate scale management by the transfer of forestland, it should respect the farmers’ own-wishes and combine with the market forces to achieve concentration of forest land operating scale. This opinion has become a basic consensus of decision-making and top-level designing. Taking Jiangxi Province as a sample survey area, this text took the family forest income as micro perspective to get optimization utilization of household labor and forestland endowments, used quadratic function to fit the appropriate scale of farmers’ forestland which was 37.375 hm2. According to the current data2.137 hm2 per household of forestland management area, the operating scale of forestland need to be improved nearly 17 times in China even though the existing level of forestland productivity maintained unchanged. The appropriate scale of forestland operation is a dynamic process that will further increase by forest productivity changing, this conclusion has a strong reference value for macro decision making of forestlands operations in China.
