摘要
本文基于9省的调查数据,分析了利益分化、利益表达和利益实现等因素对民众非制度化利益表达意识的影响。分析结果显示,非制度化利益表达意识具备个人属性差异,性别、年龄、民族成分、政治面貌会影响非制度化利益表达意识;利益分化、利益表达和利益实现等变量显著地影响非制度化利益表达意识,其中解决结果满意度、矛盾解决的结果和非制度化利益表达渠道信任度对民众的非制度化利益表达意识影响最为强烈。因此,既要保证民众利益表达方式的制度化与非制度化的多元并存,同时也要通过加强利益平衡机制、畅通利益表达渠道、完善矛盾纠纷化解机制等手段引导民众走合法、合理、和平的途径解决矛盾纠纷,正面引导民众的非制度化利益表达意识,有效地维护社会秩序和社会稳定。
Based on 9 provinces'survey data,this essay analyzes the influence of factors,such as interest differentiation,interest expression and interest realization,on people's awareness of non-institutional interest expression. The result of the analysis shows that awareness of non-institutional interest expression varies by personal attributes,as gender,age,ethnic group and political status will affect the awareness;and such variants like interest differentiation, interest expression and interest realization,among other things,significantly affect awareness of non-institutional interest expression,with the strongest influence on the awareness coming from degree of satisfaction with the handling result,result of conflict settlement and degree of trust in channels for non-institutional interest expression.Therefore,effort shall be made not only to guarantee co-existence of diversified ways,including institutional and non-institutional ones,for people to express their interest,and measures including improving the interest balancing mechanism,smoothening channels for interest expression and enhancing the conflict and dispute elimination mechanism to guide people to seek settlement of their conflicts and disputes through legal,reasonable and peaceful paths,to positively direct people's awareness of non-institutional interest expression,and thus to effectively maintain social order and stability.
