摘要
北京市属医院在医药分开改革中积极推进药学转型,并做出了有益的探索与实践。本文分析了在过去医院运行模式下药学发展的问题与挑战,介绍了北京市属医院药学转型的理念和做法,为公立医院改革背景下药学的发展提供可能的思路。
Beijing municipal hospitals actively promote pharmacy transformation in the separate reform of medicine, and has made the beneficial exploration and practice. This research analyzed the problems and challenges of pharmacy development with the mode in the past, introduced the concept and practice of pharmacy transformation in municipal hospitals, and provided reference for pharmacy development in the background of public hospital reform
