摘要
以邻氯苯胺为起始原料,与过量的氯乙酸甲酯溶液在带水剂甲苯作用下反应合成N,N-二(甲氧基羰基甲基)邻氯苯胺。考察了缚酸剂种类和用量,氯乙酸甲酯用量及催化剂用量等因素对产品收率及纯度的影响。在最优条件下,产品纯度可达96%,收率可达94. 5%。
N,N-di( methoxycarboxymethyl) o-chloroaniline was synthesized from o-chloroanilineand excessivemethyl chloroacetatesolution withtoluene as water-carrying agent. The effects of the dosage and types of acid binding agent,the dosage of methyl chloroacetate and catalyst on the yield and purity of the product were investigated. Under optimum conditions,the purity and yield of the product could reach above 96% and 94. 5% respectively.
