汽车尾气净化催化剂用铈锆储氧材料专利分析 被引量:2

Patent Analysis of Cerium Zirconium Mixed Oxides Used for Automotive Catalysts

摘要 汽车尾气净化催化剂是有效治理汽车尾气污染的重要技术。铈锆储氧材料由于具有良好的储氧放氧特性,目前作为活性涂层关键材料,已成功广泛应用于汽车尾气净化催化剂中。铈锆储氧材料的应用,不仅大幅提升催化剂的催化性能,如降低起燃温度,提高催化剂耐久性,而且提高贵金属分散度,降低催化剂贵金属用量,铈锆储氧材料已成为汽车尾气净化催化剂必不可少的关键材料。本论文借助Orbit技术平台,对汽车尾气净化催化剂用铈锆储氧材料的专利申请状况及发展情况进行了较为系统的研究和分析,如专利申请趋势、重要专利权人、申请国家和地区等,并提出相关建议。 Automotive catalyst is an important technology to address the current automobile exhaust air pollution. The cerium zirconium mixed oxide is now widely used in the automotive catalysts as the key active washcoating materials,due to its super oxygen storage and release capacity. The cerium zirconium mixed oxide has good merits for catalysts,not only improving the catalytic performance such as light-off temperature reduction,good thermal stability; but also enhancing the dispersion of noble metals,so as to reduce the noble metal usage largely. The cerium zirconium mixed oxide is regarded as the absolutely necessary and key material for automotive catalysts. In this paper,with the orbit technique and platform,the patents of cerium zirconium mixed oxide are systematically studied and analyzed,such as patent application trends,important patent assignees or holders,countries and regions patent distribution,et al. The related suggestions on the cerium zirconium mixed oxides are also provided.
