摘要
目的:观察归龟壮骨片治疗肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将70例骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组以本院制剂归龟壮骨片治疗,对照组以金天格胶囊治疗。观察两组VAS评分、中医证候积分、血钙、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为97. 1%,对照组有效率为94. 3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后血钙均有不同程度的增高,VAS评分及ALP降低,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:归龟壮骨片可明显改善治疗肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症患者的临床症状,改善骨结构,有良好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Gui Gui Zhuanggu Tablets( GGZGT) on osteoporosis with deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney. Methods: 7 Seventy patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group was treated with GGZGT self-made in our hospital,while the ones in the control group were treated with Jin Tian Ge Capsules( JTGC). The two groups were treated for 3 months.The improvement of VAS,TCM syndrome score,blood calcium and alkaline phosphatase( ALP) were observed. Results: The effective rate was 97. 1% in the treatment group and 94. 3% in the control group. There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group in the same period,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,serum calcium increased in different degrees,VAS scores and alkaline phosphatase decreased in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Master Shi’s GGZGT can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and bone structure of patients with osteoporosis with deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney,and has good curative effect.
