超声诊断不典型痛风2例报告 被引量：1

Two patients with atypical gouty arthritis confirmed with the aid of ultrasound

摘要 痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少引起的一种晶体性关节炎,其诊断的金标准是关节滑液或痛风石中发现典型的尿酸盐结晶,多数情况下可依据急性发作期典型的临床表现和长期的高尿酸血症病史做出诊断。但是,少数患者或表现为慢性持续性关节炎,或受累部位不典型,导致延误或错误诊断。
