摘要
痛风性关节炎是一种单钠尿酸盐沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,属于代谢性风湿病范畴。痛风性关节炎临床症状典型,诊断一般并不困难。但在有些情况下容易与其他类型的关节炎相混淆,所以痛风性关节炎的鉴别诊断显得相当重要,本篇将对痛风性关节炎的鉴别诊断进行简单介绍。
Gouty arthritis is a crystal-associated joint disease caused by deposition of monosodium urate,which is directly related to hyperuricemia caused by a decrease in purine metabolism and/or uric acid excretion, and belongs to the category of metabolic rheumatism.Clinical symptoms of gouty arthritis are typical,and clinical diagnosis is not difficult.However,in some cases it is easy to be confused with other types of arthritis,so the differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis is very important.This article will briefly introduce the differential diagnosis of gouty arthritis.
