摘要
随着我国社会主要矛盾的变化,人民群众追求美好生活现已成为社会发展的中心议题。我们要努力基于对时代的准确把握来谋划我国残疾人事业的健康发展,切实推进实现残疾人美好生活的伟大实践。要解决好"满足广大残疾人物质生存需要"这一前提性问题,在个体层面就是每个人要努力把自然而然的人生变成有意义的生活,以真正实现人生的价值,而在社会层面就是要落实真正的公平公正,将残疾人事业作为一项系统工程。
With the change of China’s major social contradictions, the pursuit of a better life has now become a central theme in social development We must poor our effort to plan the healthy development for the cause of persons with disabilities in China based on the accurate grasp of the times We shall solve the premise issue of"meeting the material needs of persons with disabilities",which at an individual level is that everyone must strive to live an meaningful life,so as to truly realize the value of life;at the social level is to truly implement true fairness and justice,and regard the cause of persons with disabilities as a systematic project.
