摘要
通过宏观形貌分析、金相显微组织分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对HY级抽油杆过渡区断裂失效进行了分析。结果表明,过渡区位置应力集中、表面淬火层厚度不足、少量铁素体+珠光体组织的出现是大量HY级抽油杆发生疲劳断裂的真正原因。因此,应将淬火层的硬度及厚度、过渡处的表面质量、表层及心部微观组织作为常规检测指标,并严格进行抽油杆检验,以确保其抗疲劳能力达标。
The fracture failure in transition zone of HY sucker rod was analyzed by means of macroscopic morphology analysis,metallographic microstructure analysis and SEM micromorphology analysis.The results show that,the stress concentration in the transition zone,the insufficient thickness of the surface quenching layer and the appearance of a small amount of ferrite+pearlite structure are the real reasons for the fatigue fracture of a large number of HY sucker rods.Therefore, the hardness and thickness of the quenched layer,the surface quality of the transition zone,and the microstructure of the surface and heart should be taken as the normal test indexes.And the test of sucker rod should be carried out strictly to ensure that the fatigue resistance of the sucker rod is up to the standard.
